Blended Learning: The Online Learning department is pleased to announce the release of Reflections on Blended Learning: Rethinking the Classroom, an anthology of writing by 54 RIT faculty members.
2008 Online Learning Awards: Congratulations to the 2008 Online Learning faculty award winners, Neil Hair and S. Manian Ramkumar, and the 2008 student award winner, Kevin Hinshaw! These faculty members and student exemplify the best in technology-enhanced teaching and learning and are recognized for their efforts.
Heavy Hitters: The myCourses statistics show James Jacobs Jr. and the students in his 0625.750.90 online course "Elements of Service Management" have the most interactive myCourses course so far this quarter.
NMC Center of Excellence Award: Online Learning received the 2008 Center of Excellence Award from the New Media Consortium (NMC). This award bestowed to RIT Online Learning was in recognition of the support of emerging technologies, faculty innovation, and online learning.
